Enough books around to tell you more about that, if you're interested.<BR/><BR/>But what a drag to read again about how terribly chaotic and cruel the civil wars "down there" are, as if Auschwitz, Dresden, Hiroshima, Vietnam, Iraq, etc had been clean, humane "interventions" by the more intelligent and enlightened branch of humanity (though I'll admit, nuclear physics is FAR more effective than alchemy!)<BR/><BR/>Not to speak of all the ATROCITIES commited by all the colonialist gentlemen who invaded Africa to begin with, enslaved its population and destroyed its tribes, etc.<BR/><BR/>No need to pine for colonialism, though, as the whole bloody continent is obviously still in the hands of the concerned developed nations.
